DoseSystem MultiBackup 2.0 app for iPhone and iPad

DoseSystem MultiBackup 2.0 can only be used with DoseCans from DoseSystem and enjoy free monitoring a DoseCan or an/ or more DoseSystem domains.

The app automatically receive PUSH alarms from the selected DoseCan or the chosen domains.

DoseSystem is an automated reminder system that gives the user a reminder of the medication times. The medication plan is defined by the App administrator, and the DoseSystem backup app is sending information to the App administrator (or “back-up people” placed) if the user does not acknowledge the administration of medication.
It is the users and caregivers that are responsible that DoseCan system is used correctly, including the information entered into the system is correct and that packed the correct amounts of medications in DoseCan. It is also the user and caregivers that are responsible for ensuring that the app works properly on the devices. Proper use of DoseCan system also assumes that there is power on the battery, that DoseCan system is turned on and that there is access to a GSM network. DoseSystem takes no responsibility for damages and losses caused by a battery that has run dry, no connection to a GSM network, the app does not communicate with the associated devices that DoseCan system is not turned on, or other situations that DoseSystem has no control over.
It is the users and healthcare workers responsibility that the device (ei iphone or ipad) is on, charged and acts as necessary, and DoseSystem takes no responsibility for damages and losses caused that the device is not working or communicating with the App. It is the user and responsibility of the users to check that everything is working properly.

If the caregiver or the user does not respond to a reminder or alarm, or otherwise ensures that DoseCan system is in a safe condition, DoseCan system is not working. It is therefore important that there should be a clear division of responsibilities between App-administrator, the medical officers, nursing staff, the backup people and the user.

DoseSystem can never be able to pay compensation in addition to the amount paid by the customer in accordance with the Agreement.

Please note that if an error occurs in DoseSystem, there will appear an error message on the DoseCan screen and it will appear in the app that there is no connection. Thereafter it is the Backup individual’s responsibility to act upon the problem.

There will be continuously made updates to the app, and it’s the user’s responsibility to ensure that these updates are installed.
